- TRIAL SET: If you're able to set a trial or appointment with your lead, set to the Trial Set Stage and add the Appointment in your app so that you can be reminded of upcoming events
- TRIAL ATTENDED: Once your lead has attended a trial class, move to the Trial Attended Stage, and they are primed to commit to what you have to offer
- MEMBER: Place your lead in the Member Stage and activate the Members Only Portal on your website to give them exclusive content
- NO LONGER INTERESTED: For leads that fall off, or can't be contacted, add them to the No Longer Interested Stage to add them to long term nurture campaigns for regular check ups
